EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN APLIKASI MOBILE JKN DALAM MEMINIMALISIR TINGKAT ANTRIAN PASIEN RAWAT JALAN DI PUSKESMAS SIMPANG KAWAT KOTA JAMBI

ABSTRAK

Perkembangan teknologi digital dalam pelayanan kesehatan mendorong penggunaan aplikasi Mobile JKN untuk meningkatkan efisiensi layanan dan mengurangi antrian. Namun, pemanfaatannya di Puskesmas Simpang Kawat masih belum optimal karena rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas penerapan aplikasi Moble JKN dalam meminimalisir antrian pasien rawat jalan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 4.185 dengan sampel berjumlah 98 responden dipilih secara purposive sampling, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dalam rentang waktu 29 januari hingga 9 februari dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis efektivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan aplikasi Mobile JKN berada pada kategori sangat efektif dengan nilai persentase efektivitas sebesar 88%, yang diperoleh dari skor riil sebesar 8.185 dan skor harapan sebesar 9.310. Menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Mobile JKN mampu mengurangi antrian pasien pada pelayanan kesehatan. Dengan demikian, penerapan aplikasi Mobile JKN mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan dan membantu mengurangi antrian pasien, namun masih diperlukan peningkatkan sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat agar pemanfaatannya lebih optimal.

ABSTRACT

The development of digital technology in healthcare services has encouraged the use of the Mobile JKN application to improve service efficiency and reduce queues. However, its utilization at Simpang Kawat Community Health Center is still not optimal due to low public understanding. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Mobile JKN application in minimizing outpatient queues. This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The population of 4,185 with a sample of 98 respondents selected by purposive sampling, with data collected through questionnaires between January 29 and February 9 and analyzed using descriptive analysis and effectiveness analysis. The results show that the implementation of the Mobile JKN application is in the very effective category with an effectiveness percentage value of 88%, obtained from a real score of 8,185 and an expected score of 9,310. This indicates that the use of Mobile JKN can reduce patient queues at healthcare services. Thus, the implementation of the Mobile JKN application can improve service efficiency and help reduce patient queues, but increased socialization and education to the public are still needed for its more optimal utilization.
