Abstract
ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas di rumah sakit tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kompetensi tenaga medis, tetapi juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh kelengkapan dan kenyamanan fasilitas yang tersedia. Fasilitas yang baik dan sesuai standar dapat memberikan pengalaman positif dan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien, khususnya pada layanan rawat jalan di poliklinik mata yang menjadi pintu utama pelayanan rumah sakit.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara fasilitas rumah sakit dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan pada Poliklinik Mata RSUD H. Abdul Manap Kota Jambi.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara accidental sampling kepada 100 responden pasien rawat jalan Poliklinik Mata. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel fasilitas (X) dengan kepuasan pasien (Y), serta dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, dan linearitas sebagai prasyarat analisis inferensial.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara fasilitas rumah sakit dengan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di Poliklinik Mata RSUD H. Abdul Manap, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi Pearson sebesar 0,598 dan nilai sig. 0,000 (p < 0,05). Dimensi fasilitas seperti kenyamanan ruang tunggu, kelengkapan alat pemeriksaan, serta kebersihan ruangan memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap persepsi kepuasan pasien.
Kesimpulan: Fasilitas rumah sakit yang memadai dan sesuai standar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan pasien. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa pihak rumah sakit perlu memperhatikan kualitas dan kelengkapan fasilitas, baik medis maupun non-medis, sebagai upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan loyalitas pasien.

ABSTRACT
Background: Quality health services in hospitals are not only determined by the competence of medical personnel, but are also greatly influenced by the completeness and comfort of the facilities available. Good facilities and according to standards can provide a positive experience and increase patient satisfaction, especially in outpatient services at the eye polyclinic which is the main door for hospital services.
Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between hospital facilities and outpatient satisfaction levels at the Eye Polyclinic of RSUD H. Abdul Manap. Methods: This study uses a quantitative approach with an analytical descriptive method. The sampling technique was carried out by accidental sampling to 100 outpatient respondents of the Eye Polyclinic. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation test to determine the relationship between facility variables (X) and patient satisfaction (Y), and validity, reliability, normality, and linearity tests were carried out as prerequisites for inferential analysis.
Results: The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between hospital facilities and outpatient satisfaction at the Eye Polyclinic of RSUD H. Abdul Manap, with a Pearson correlation coefficient value of 0.598 and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Facility dimensions such as the comfort of the waiting room, the completeness of examination equipment, and the cleanliness of the room have a great contribution to the perception of patient satisfaction.
Conclusion: Adequate and standard hospital facilities have a significant effect on improving patient satisfaction. This finding implies that the hospital needs to pay attention to the quality and completeness of facilities, both medical and non- medical, as a strategic effort to improve the quality of service and patient loyalty.
