Abstract
ABSTRAK
Pendahuluan: Gangguan pada perkembangan keterampilan motorik halus mempengaruhi cara anak belajar di sekolah, yang ditunjukkan dengan kurangnya keinginan untuk menulis dan minat belajar yang menurun. Bahwa peran aktif orang tua sangat penting dalam mendukung perkembangan motorik halus anak, yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh intensitas stimulasi yang diberikan. Maka dari itu salah satu cara untuk meningkatan pengetahuan orang tua melalui edukasi terapi paper toys untuk menstimulasi motorik halus pada anak usia prasekolah.
Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh edukasi terapi bermain paper toys terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan orang tua untuk meningkatkan motorik halus pada anak usia prasekolah di TK Golden Kids Mayang.
Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus,penelitian ini dilaksanakan di TK golden kids mayang kota jambi selama 3 hari dengan dua responden. Dengan menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner pada responden untuk melihat tingkat pengetahuan orang tua tentang terapi paper toys untuk menstimulasi motorik halus dengan anak usia prasekolah.
Hasil: Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pre-test dan post-test setelah diberikan edukasi terapi paper toys untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan orang tua tentang motorik halus anak usia prasekolah hasil pre-test yang di dapat kan skor untuk Ny.L 40 % kategori (kurang),dan skor untuk Ny.S 50% kategori (kurang),dan hasil post-test yang didapatkan untuk Ny.L 70% kategori (cukup baik),dan skor untuk Ny.S 80% kategori (baik).
Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan orang tua meningkat setelah diberikan edukasi tentang terapi paper toys untuk menstimulasi motorik halus anak usia prasekolah.

ABSTRACT
Introduction: Disruptions in the development of fine motor skills affect the way children learn in school, evidenced by a lack of desire to write and a decreased interest in learning. The active role of parents is crucial in supporting the development of a child's fine motor skills, which is greatly influenced by the intensity of stimulation provided. Therefore, one way to enhance parents' knowledge is through educational therapy using paper toys to stimulate fine motor skills in preschool-aged children.
Objective: To determine the effect of play therapy education using paper toys on the increase of parental knowledge to enhance fine motor skills in preschool children at TK Golden Kids Mayang.
Method: This type of research is a case study, conducted at Golden Kids Kindergarten Mayang in Jambi City for 3 days with two respondents. A questionnaire was used as a measurement tool on the respondents to assess the level of parents' knowledge about paper toys therapy to stimulate fine motor skills in preschool-aged children..
Results: There is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test after providing education on therapy with paper toys to improve parents' knowledge about the fine motor skills of preschool-aged children. The pre-test scores obtained were 40% for Ms. L (category: poor), and 50% for Ms. S (category: poor), while the post-test scores obtained were 70% for Ms. L (category: fair), and 80% for Ms. S (category: good).
Conclusion: Respondents' knowledge increased after being educated about paper toys therapy to stimulate the fine motor skills of preschool-aged children.
