Abstract

ABSTRAK

Kinerja petugas administrasi rumah sakit memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung pelayanan kesehatan. Beberapa faktor seperti masa kerja dan motivasi kerja diyakini mempengaruhi kinerja petugas, namun hasil penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan hasil yang bervariasi. Kondisi ini menjadi dasar perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut untuk menganalisis hubungan kedua faktor tersebut terhadap kinerja petugas administrasi di Rumah Sakit Dr. Bratanata Jambi.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross- sectional. Sampel berjumlah 35 orang petugas administrasi yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki masa kerja
>5 tahun (57,1%), motivasi kerja baik (94,3%), dan kinerja baik (91,4%). Uji bivariat menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara masa kerja dengan kinerja (p=0,117), maupun antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja (p=0,656). Faktor masa kerja dan motivasi kerja tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kinerja petugas administrasi di Rumah Sakit dr. Bratanata Jambi. Disarankan penelitian lanjutan mempertimbangkan faktor lain seperti lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja petugas administrasi.

ABSTRACT

The performance of hospital administrative officers plays an important role in supporting health services. Several factors such as length of service and work motivation are believed to affect officer performance, but previous research results have shown mixed results. This condition is the basis for further research to analyze the relationship between these two factors on the performance of administrative officers at Dr. Bratanata Jambi Hospital.This study uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The sample amounted to 35 administrative officers who were taken with the total sampling technique. The research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out with univariate and bivariate tests using the Chi-Square test at a significance level of 0.05.The results showed that most of the respondents had a working period of >5 years (57.1%), good work motivation (94.3%), and good performance (91.4%). The bivariate test showed that there was no significant relationship between working time and performance (p=0.117), nor between work motivation and performance (p=0.656). The factors of working time and work motivation do not have a significant relationship with the performance of administrative officers at dr. Bratanata Jambi Hospital. It is recommended that further research consider other factors such as work environment, workload, and leadership style in improving the performance of administrative officers.
