Abstract

ABSTRAK

Latar Belakang : Kinerja perawat sangat mempengaruhi kualitas layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja perawat rawat inap di RSUD H. Abdul Manap Jambi, dilatar belakangi oleh indikasi keterlambatan insentif.
Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik terhadapa kinerja perawat rawat inap di RSUD H.Abdul Manap Jambi.
Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data di kumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang di sebarkan kepada 54 responden dengan teknik Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 23 for windows.
Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja perawat dengan nilai nilai signifikan 0,000 (p < 0,05) dengan besar nya tingkat pengaruh koefisien determinasi sebeasar 50%. Dari indikator motivasi ekstrinsik yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan yaitu indikator insentif dan kebijakan administrasi rumah sakit dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 dan 0,016 (p <0,05).
Kesimpulan : Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja perawat rawat inap di RSUD H.Abdul Manap Jambi.

ABSTRACT

Background : Nurses performance significantly influences the quality of healthcare services. This research investigates the effect of extrinsic motivation on the performance of inpatient nurses at RSUD H. Abdul Manap Jambi, motivated by indications of incentive delays.
Objective : This research aims to examine the influence of extrinsic motivation on the performance of inpatient nurses at RSUD H.Abdul Manap Jambi
Method : This research uses a quantitative method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 54 respondents using the proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression testing with the assistance of SPSS 23 for Windows
Results : The results of this study indicate a significant influence between extrinsic motivation and nurse performance, with a significance value of 0,000 (p < 0,05) and an effect size indicated by a coefficient of determination of 50%. Among the extrinsic motivation indicators, the incentive and hospital administrative policy indicators have a significant influence, with significance values of 0,000 and 0,016 (p < 0,05).
Conclusion : The results of the study indicate that is a significant influence of extrinsic motivation on the performance of inpatient nurses at RSUD H.Abdul Manap Jambi.
