PENERAPAN TERAPI MUSIK MOZART UNTUK MENSTABILKAN SUHU TUBUH PADA BAYI PREMATUR DI RUANG PERINATOLOGI RSUD PROF DR. H.M.CHATIB QUZWAIN KABUPATEN SAROLANGUN

ABSTRAK

Pendahuluan : Bayi prematur lahir dengan fungsi organ yang belum sempurna sehingga membutuhkan perawatan khusus seperti perawatan intensif. Bayi dengan kondisi prematur juga sangat rentan terjadi hipotermi. Salah satu cara yang dapat di lakukan untuk membantu menstabilkan suhu tubuh pada bayi prematur adalah dengan memberikan terapi nonfarmakologi berupa terapi musik Mozart.
Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan musik mozart untuk kestabilan suhu tubuh pada bayi prematur di ruang perinatologi RSUD Prof DR. H.M.Chatib Quzwain kabupaten Sarolangun pada tahun 2025.
Metode : Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus. Sampel yang di ambil sebanyak 1 orang bayi premature yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi penelitian. Prioritas intervensi untuk menstabilkan suhu tubuh pada bayi prematur yang di lakukan adalah pemberian terapi musik Mozart dengan memonitor suhu tubuh bayi, mengukur volume musik yang akan di berikan , memberikan terapi musik tersebut berdurasi 30 menit dengan frekuensi volume musik 65-67 dB selama 3 hari berturut-turut.
Hasil : Sebelum di beri terapi musik subjek mengalami ketidak stabilan suhu setiap 2 jam sekali namun setelah di berikan intervensi keperawatan berupa terapi musik Mozatr selama 30 menit dalam 3 hari subjek mengalami ke stabilan suhu sejak hari ke 2 pemberian terapi musik. Pada hari pertama pemberian terapi musik suhu tubuh subjek 35,4ºC subjek masih mengalami hipotermi dan pada hari terakhir suhu subjek sudah Normal yaitu 35,6 ºC.
Kesimpulan : Dengan Menerapkan Terapi Musik Mozart Terbukti Dapat Menstabilkan Suhu Pada Bayi Prematur Di Ruang Perinatologi RSUD Prof DR. H.M.Chatib Quzwain kabupaten Sarolangun pada tahun 2025.

ABSTRACT

Background: Premature infants are babies born before the completion of 37 weeks of gestation. These infants are born with underdeveloped organ functions and therefore require special care, such as intensive treatment. Premature infants are also highly susceptible to hypothermia, a condition in which a newborn's body temperature drops below the normal limit. One non-pharmacological intervention to help stabilize body temperature in premature infants is the use of Mozart music therapy.
Objective: To examine the implementation of Mozart music therapy in stabilizing body temperature in premature infants in the Perinatology Unit of RSUD Prof. Dr. H.M. Chatib Quzwain, Sarolangun District, in 2025.
Method: This study used a case study design. The sample consisted of one subject who met the inclusion criteria. The main intervention to stabilize the infant’s body temperature was the administration of Mozart music therapy, including monitoring the infant’s body temperature, measuring music noise levels, and applying the music therapy for 30 minutes at a frequency of 65–67 dB for three consecutive days.
Results: The results showed that the premature infant’s body temperature became stable after the application of Mozart music therapy. Prior to the intervention, the infant experienced temperature instability every 2 hours. However, after receiving the nursing intervention in the form of Mozart music therapy for 30 minutes over 3 days, the infant began to show stable body temperature starting from the second day of therapy.
Conclusion: The application of Mozart music therapy has been proven effective in stabilizing body temperature in premature infants in the Perinatology Unit of RSUD Prof. Dr. H.M. Chatib Quzwain, Sarolangun District, in 2025.
