Abstract

ABSTRAK

Latar Belakang : Rumah sakit sebagai pusat pelayanan kesehatan kompleks, memerlukan tenaga administrasi yang kompeten untuk menjamin efisiensi operasional dan mutu pelayanan. Kinerja tenaga administrasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi. Beban kerja yang optimal juga penting untuk mencegah penurunan kinerja dan pencapaian hasil kerja yang baik.
Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kompetensi dan beban kerja dengan kinerja tenaga administrasi di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah (RSJD) Kol.H.M. Syukur Jambi.
Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian correlational research dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 102 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji korelasi kendall tau dengan bantuan SPSS 23 for windows.
Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi dan kinerja serta beban kerja dan kinerja, dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000 (p < 0,05) pada kedua variabel. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,341 untuk variabel kompetensi terhadap kinerja dan 0,359 untuk variabel beban kerja terhadap kinerja menunjukkan arah korelasi positif.
Kesimpulan : Hal ini mengindikasi bahwa peningkatan kompetensi dan peningkatan beban kerja berhubungan dengan peningkatan kinerja tenaga administrasi.

ABSTRACT

Background : Hospitals as complex healthcare service centers require competent administrative staff to ensure operational efficiency and service quality. The performance of administrative staff is significantly influenced by competence. An optimal workload is also important to prevent performance decline and achieve good work results.
Objective : This study aims to analyze the relationship between competence and workload with the performance of administrative staff at Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah (RSJD) Kol.H.M. Syukur Jambi.
Method : This research uses a correlational research type with a quantitative research method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 102 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using the Kendall tau correlation test with the help of SPSS 23 for Windows.
Results : The results showed a significant relationship between competence and performance, as well as workload and performance, with a significance value of 0.000 (p
< 0.05) in both variables. The correlation coefficient value of 0.341 for the competence variable on performance and 0.359 for the workload variable on performance indicates a positive correlation direction.
Conclusion : This indicates that an increase in competence and an increase in workload are associated with an increase in the performance of administrative staff.
