Abstract
ABSTRAK
Mutu pelayanan kesehatan menjadi peran penting dalam reputasi institusi pelayanan kesehatan di masyarakat. Kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas yang baik mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pasien dan mendorong pasien untuk melakukan minat kunjungan ulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit TK III dr. Bratanata Jambi. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain studi asosiatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden pasien rawat jalan baru yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan observasi, analisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square, uji T Parsial dan uji F dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pasien dengan nilai p = 0,001 (<0,05), dan fasilitas menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan dengan nilai p = 0,000 (<0,05). Uji simultan (uji F) mengonfirmasi bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap minat kunjungan ulang (nilai F hitung = 6,755, p < 0,05). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit TK III dr. Bratanata Jambi. Rumah Sakit disarankan untuk melakukan penataan ulang lahan parkir yang efektif untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas agar menciptakan loyalitas pasien.

ABSTRACT
The quality of health services plays an important role in the reputation of health service institutions in the community. Good quality of service and facilities can increase patient satisfaction and encourage patients to make repeat visits. This study aims to analyze the influence of the quality of services and facilities on the interest of outpatient revisits at TK III Hospital dr. Bratanata Jambi. The research approach uses a quantitative method with an associative study design. The research sample amounted to 100 new outpatient respondents who were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations, analysis using Chi-Square test, Partial T test and F test with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis showed that the quality of service had a significant effect on the interest of patient revisits with a value of p = 0.001 (<0.05), and facilities showed a significant influence with a value of p = 0.000 (<0.05). A simultaneous test (F test) confirmed that the quality of service and facilities together had an effect on the interest of repeat visits (F value = 6.755, p < 0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that the quality of services and facilities has a significant effect on the interest of outpatient revisits at the TK III Hospital dr. Bratanata Jambi. Hospitals are advised to rearrange parking lots effectively to maintain and improve the quality of services and facilities in order to create patient loyalty.
