PENERAPAN MARMET MASSAGE PADA IBU POST SECTIOCAESARAE TERHADAP PRODUKSI ASI DIRUANG MERANTI RUMKIT Tk.III Dr. BRATANATA JAMBITAHUN 2023

ABSTRAK

Pendahuluan : Persalinan dengan tindakan section caesarea dapat menimbulkan masalah yang berbeda dengan ibu yang melahirkan secara normal, ibu dengan tindakan section caesarea ketika efek anastesi timbul dapat menimbulkan masalah pada ibu misalnya ibu menjadi malas untuk melakukan mobilisasi dini dan terhambatnya pengeluaran ASI. Adapun penatalaksanaan untuk memperlancar pengeluaran produksi ASI adalah salah satunya dengan penerapan marmet massage.
Tujuan : penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Penerapan Marmet Massage Pada Ibu Post Sectio caesarae Terhadap Produksi ASI Diruang Meranti Rumkit Tk. IIIDr. Bratanata Jambi Tahun 2023.
Metode : penelitianini telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek studi kasus yang akan diteliti adalah ibu post section caesarea yang mengalami masalah produksi ASI. Fokus studi dalam studi kasus ini adalah ibu post section caesarea yang mengalami masalah produksi ASI. Studi kasus ini dilaksanakan di Ruang Meranti Rumah Sakit Dr. Bratanata Jambi pada bulan April 2023.
Hasil : Hasil menunjukkan bahwa setelah melakukan marmet massage terjadi pengeluaran produksi ASI pada pasien p ost section caearea. Selain intensitas nyeri yang berkurang, produksi ASI mulai lancer Udananakmaumenyusui.
Kesimpulan : Pengeluaran ASI pada pasien post section caesarea optimal apabila pasien telaten dalam melakukan tindakan marmet massage.
Saran : penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan bagi peneliti lain yang akan melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut terkait penatalaksanaan marmet massage.

ABSTRACT

Introduction: Delivery with a caesarean section can cause different problems from mothers who give birthnormally, mothers with a caesarean section when the effects of anesthesia arise can cause problems for the mother ,forexample the mother becomes lazy to carr you tearly mobilization and delays breast feeding. Asfor them anagement toex pedite the production of breast milk is one of them witht heapplication of guineapigs massage.
Purpose: this study aim stodes cribet heapplication of Marmet Massage in Post Sectio caesarae Mothers on Breast Milk Production in Meranti Rumkit Tk. III Dr. Jambi Bratanata Year 2023.
Methods: this research was conducted using a descriptive method with a case study approach. The subject of the case study that will beexaminedis post section caesarea mothers whoex perience milk production problems. The focusof the study in this case study was post section caesa reamo thers who experienced problem swith milk production. This cases tudy wascar riedout in the Meranti Room of Dr. Bratanata Jambi in Apri l2023.
Results: The results showed that after doing marmet massage there was an expenditure of milk production in post section caearea patients. Inaddition to reduced pain intensity,milk production begin storun smoothl yand the child wants to breast feed.
Conclusion: Breast milk production in post caesarean section patients is optimal when the patient is diligent in performing marmet massage.
Suggestion: this resear chcan beuse dasare ference for other research hersw how illcon ductfur ther resear chrelated to the management of marmet massage.
