EDUKASI PIJAT LAKTASI TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN KELUARGA IBU MENYUSUI TENTANG CARA MENINGKATKAN PRODUKSI ASI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS RAWASARI KOTA JAMBI

ABSTRAK

Pendahuluan : Menyusui adalah metode efektif untuk menjaga kesehatan kelangsungan hidup anak. Data Survei Demografi dan kesehatan Indonesia (2020) menunjukan bahwa 14,60% ibu nifas mengalami masalah dalam produksi ASI dan meningkat menjadi 37,12% (2021). Metode baru yang diperkenalkan untuk mencegah dan mengatasi permasalahan ini diantaranya adalah pijat laktasi untuk merangsang hormone prolaktin dan oksitosin. Tujuan : Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan keluarga ibu menyusui tentang cara meningkatkan produksi ASI dengan pijat laktasi.
Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus. Kepada 1 orang responden pengetahuannya kurang. Dengan alat ukur kuisioner dan observasi pada responden untuk melihat pengetahuan responden tentang cara meningkatkan produksi ASI dengan pijat laktasi.
Hasil : hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukan perubahan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi pada Tn. Y dengan score quisioner 40 observasi 0 dan setelah dilakukan edukasi didapatkan score quisioner 100 dan observasi 90.
Kesimpulan : Setelah diberikan edukasi pijat laktasi terhadap keluarga ibu menyusui tentang cara meningkatkan produksi ASI, didapatkan hasil adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dengan hasil Tn. Y sebelum diberikan edukasi dan setelah diberikan edukasi.
Saran : Diharapkan dapat dipergunakan sebagai bahan masukan keluarga dan ibu menyusui mengenai pijat laktasi untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI terhadap ibu menyusui.

ABSTRACT

Introduction: Breastfeeding is an effective method to maintain healthy child survival. Data from the Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (2020) showed that 14.60% of postpartum women experienced problems in breast milk production and increased to 37.12% (2021). New methods introduced to prevent and overcome this problem include lactation massage to stimulate prolactin and oxytocin hormones.
Objective: To increase breastfeeding mothers' family knowledge about how to increase breast milk production with lactation massage.
Methods: This research is a case study research. To 1 respondent, her knowledge was lacking. With a questionnaire measuring instrument and observation of respondents to see respondents' knowledge about how to increase breast milk production with lactation massage.
Results: pre-test and post-test results show changes before and after education is given to Mr. Y with a questionnaire score of 40 observations 0 and after education is obtained a questionnaire score of 100 and observations 90. Conclusion: After being given lactation massage education to the families of breastfeeding mothers on how to increase breast milk production, the results showed an increase in knowledge with the results of Mr. Y before education and after education. Y before education and after education..
Suggestion: It is expected to be used as input for families and breastfeeding mothers regarding lactation massage to increase breast milk production for breastfeeding mothers.
