Abstract
ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang : Pelayanan kefarmasian memiliki peran penting dalam menunjang kualitas layanan rumah sakit, terutama dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Instalasi farmasi bertanggung jawab atas penyediaan dan distribusi obat sesuai regulasi. Faktor seperti ketersediaan obat dan waktu tunggu resep memengaruhi kepuasan pasien. Survei di RSUD H. Abdul Manap Jambi menunjukkan keluhan terhadap lamanya waktu tunggu akibat keterbatasan sumber daya, sehingga diperlukan kajian mendalam terkait faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pasien BPJS rawat jalan.
Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pasien & menguji pengaruh antar variabel 5 dimensi kepuasan dengan kepuasan pasien BPJS rawat jalan dalam pengambilan obat di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD H. Abdul Manap Jambi.
Metode : Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel 100 pasien BPJS yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan SPSS 23.
Hasil : Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dari lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan, dimensi tangible (bukti fisik) berpengaruh paling signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan nilai signifikansi 0,007. Serta faktor-faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien yang paling banyak yaitu pada ketersediaan dan kelengkapan obat. Sebanyak 49 responden menyatakan bahwa ketersediaan obat merupakan faktor terpenting dalam menentukan kepuasan.
Kesimpulan : Dimensi tangible dalam pelayanan farmasi secara signifikan memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS rawat jalan.

ABSTRACT
Background: Pharmaceutical services have an important role in supporting the quality of hospital services, especially in improving patient satisfaction. Pharmaceutical installations are responsible for the supply and distribution of drugs in accordance with regulations. Factors such as drug availability and prescription lead times affect patient satisfaction. A survey at H. Abdul Manap Jambi Hospital showed complaints about the length of waiting time due to limited resources, so an in-depth study is needed related to the factors that affect the satisfaction of outpatient BPJS patients.
Objective: This study aims to find out the factors that affect patient satisfaction and test the influence between the 5-dimensional variables of satisfaction with the satisfaction of outpatient BPJS patients in taking drugs at the Pharmaceutical Installation of H. Abdul Manap Jambi Hospital.
Method: The approach used was quantitative descriptive with a sample of 100 BPJS patients selected by purposive sampling. The research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire sheet that has been tested for validity and reliability using SPSS 23.
Results: The results of the analysis showed that of the five dimensions of service quality, the tangible dimension (physical evidence) had the most significant effect on patient satisfaction with a significance value of 0.007. As well as the main factors that affect patient satisfaction the most, namely the availability and completeness of drugs. A total of 49 respondents stated that the availability of drugs is the most important factor in determining satisfaction.
Conclusion: The tangible dimension in pharmaceutical services significantly affects the satisfaction level of outpatient BPJS patients.
