Abstract

ABSTRAK

Latar Belakang: Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) adalah teknologi yang bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Keberhasilan implementasinya sangat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Di Rumah Sakit TK III dr. Bratanata Jambi, ditemukan beberapa kendala teknis seperti ketidakstabilan jaringan dan sistem yang melambat saat digunakan secara bersamaan, yang dapat memengaruhi kepuasan pengguna.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat kepuasan pengguna dengan implementasi SIMRS di Rumah Sakit TK III dr. Bratanata Jambi.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS) dan observasi langsung. Jumlah responden sebanyak 36 orang petugas SIMRS, yang diambil melalui teknik total sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan rumus SUS dengan tiga indikator penilaian: Adjective Ratings, Grade Scale, dan Acceptability Ranges.
Hasil: Nilai rata-rata skor SUS yang diperoleh adalah 68 skor ini tidak rendah namun belum mencapai tingkat keunggulan, yang berada dalam kategori “cukup baik” (OK). Sistem dinilai memiliki kualitas Grade C dan berada pada kategori Marginal High dalam Acceptability Ranges. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengguna merasa cukup puas terhadap sistem. Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05), yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kepuasan pengguna dengan implementasi SIMRS.
Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tingkat kepuasan pengguna dan implementasi SIMRS di RS TK III dr. Bratanata Jambi, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan performa sistem demi menunjang kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit.

ABSTRACT

Background: The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is a technology designed to enhance the efficiency and quality of healthcare services. The success of its implementation is highly influenced by user satisfaction. At TK III Dr. Bratanata Hospital Jambi, several technical issues such as unstable network connections and system slowdowns during simultaneous use have been identified, which may affect user satisfaction.
Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between user satisfaction and the implementation of SIMRS at TK III Dr. Bratanata Hospital Jambi.
Method: This research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire and direct observation. The respondents consisted of 36 SIMRS users, selected using the total sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the SUS formula with three evaluation indicators: Adjective Ratings, Grade Scale, and Acceptability Ranges.
Results: The average SUS score obtained was 68, which is not low but has not reached the level of excellence. It falls within the "Fair" or "OK" category. The system received a Grade C and was classified under the "Marginal High" category in the Acceptability Ranges. This indicates that users are moderately satisfied with the system. The F-test showed a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a statistically significant relationship between user satisfaction and SIMRS implementation.
Conclusion:The study concludes that there is a relationship between user satisfaction and the implementation of SIMRS at TK III Dr. Bratanata Hospital Jambi. The findings also provide recommendations to improve system performance in order to support the quality of hospital services.
