ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN STROKE HEMORAGIK DENGAN GANGGUAN MOBILITAS FISIK DI RS DR BRATANATA JAMBI

ABSTRAK
Pendahuluan : stroke merupakan masalah kesehatan utama yang terjadi dikalangan masyarakat milenial seperti sekarang. Stroke juga menjadi masalah serius yang terjadi di dunia saat ini termasuk Indonesia. Stroke merupakan penyebab kematian tertinggi di Indonesia pada tahun 2019 pada laki-laki serta perempuan. Sebanyak 10 dari 1.000 orang di Indonesia cenderung menderita stroke.
Tujuan : diketahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien srtoke hemoragik.
Metode : penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pengkajian pada pasien stroke. Subyek studi kasus yang di teliti dengan menggunakan 1 sample yang di diagnosa menderita penyakit stroke hemoragik. Focus studi dalam kasus ini adalah memberi asuhan keperawatan pada pasien stroke hemoragik. Studi kasus ini di laksanakan di ruangan stroke center rs dr bratanata jambi pada tanggal 30 Mei sampai dengan 1 Juni 2023.
Hasil : hasil studi kasus ini menunjukan bahawa kemampuan otot responden meningkat dari kekuatan otot 1 yang dimana otot tidak mampu bergerak dengan lingkup gerak sendi penuh menjadi kekuatan otot 2 otot dapat bergerak melalui lingkup gerak sendi penuh..

Introduction : stroke is a major health problem that occurs among millennial
Society as it is now. Stroke is also a serious problem that often occurs in the world at this time including in Indonesia. Stroke is the highest cause of death in Indonesia in 2019 in men and women. As many as 10 out 1.000 people in Indonesia tend to suffer a stroke.
Purpose : to find out the description of nursing care for hemorrhagic stroke patients.
Methods : this study uses a type of assessment in stroke patients. Case study subjects were examined using 1 sample who was diagnosed with a hemorrhagic stroke. The focus of the study in this case is to provide nursing care to hemorrhagic stroke patients. This case study was carried out in the stroke center room of dr bratanata hospital jambi from may 30 to june 1 2023.
Results : the results of this case study show that the respondents muscle ability increased from muscle strength 1 where the muscles are unable to move with full joint range of motion to muscle strength 2 muscles can move through the full joint range of motion.
