PENERAPAN TERAPI RANGE OF MOTION (ROM) PADA PASIEN STROKE NON HEMORAGIK DI RS dr.BRATANATA JAMBI

ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Stroke adalah penyakit serebrovaskular (pembuluh otak) yang ditandai dengan kematian jaringan otak akibat kurangnya aliran darah dan oksigen ke otak. Hal ini terjadi karena penyumbatan,penyempitan atau pecahnya pembuluh darah Pada stroke non hemoragik, terjadi akibat aliran darah ke otak terhenti karena aterosklerosis (penumpukan kolesterol pada dinding pembuluh darah) atau bekuan darah yang telah menyumbat suatu pembuluh darah ke otak sehingga pasokan darah ke otak terganggu. stroke biasanya ditandai dengan kelumpuhan anggota gerak pada salah satu sisi anggota tubuh, penatalaksanaan yang dapat dilakukan pada penderita stroke salah satunya yaitu ROM Aktif dilakukannya ROM Aktif bertujuan untuk memulihkan otot yang kaku.
Tujuan: Untuk mengurangi keluhan kekakuan otot pada klien dengan kekuatan tonus otot nilai 0 sampai 3
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan subyek berjumlah 1 orang klien yang menderita kekakuan pada tonus otot yang dilakukan 3 hari.
Hasil: Setelah dilakukan penerapan terapi ROM pada Ny.M terjadi peningkatan kekuatan otot (3) menjadi (4)
Kesimpulan: penerapan terapi ROM mampu meningkatkan kekuatan tonus otot pada Ny.M dengan stroke non hemoragik.
Saran: Peneliti mengharapkan penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan masukan bagi masyarakat, pendidikan, dan peneliti agar dapat menerapkan terapi ROM yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kekakuan pada tonus otot.

ABSTRAK

Background: a stroke is a cerebrovascular disease characterized by brain tissue death due to a lack of blood and oxygen to the brain. This is because of blockage, blockage or rupture of blood vessels in nonhemorrhagic strokes, as a result of blood flow to the brain has been stopped because of atherosclerosis or blood clot that has blocked a blood vessel to the brain, causing the blood supply to the brain to be compromised. Strokes are usually marked by paralysis of the movement on one side of the limb, the post-human movement movement that can be made with stroke one being active in the practice of active roma for the purpose of reconstructing rigid muscles.
Purpose: to reduce muscle relaxant complaints in clients by the power of muscle tonus score 0 to 3
Method: the study USES a descriptive method, with 1 client subject suffering from rigidity in 3 days of muscle tonus.
Results: after an application of ROM therapy with Mrs M muscle power increases (3) to (4)
Conclusion: the application of roma therapy was able to increase Mrs "M with a non-hemorrhagic stroke."
Suggestion: researchers hope that this study may be used as an input material for the community, education, and researchers in order to adopt ROM therapies aimed at increasing stiffness in muscle tonus.
