Abstract

ABSTRAK
Latar belakang infeksi pernapasan akut ISPA disebabkan oleh virus, jamur dan bakteri. Dari data tersebut merupakan salah satu alasan terpenting mengapa pasien mengunjungi puskesmas (40%-60%) dan rumah sakit (15%-30%). Penyebab ISPA adanya kontruksi rumah dan linkungan yang tidak memenuhi syarat keesehatan sebagi faktor resiko sumber penularan seperti adanya infeksi virus atau bakteri pada saluran pernapasan.
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan keluarga sebelum dan setelah dilakukan penerapan Kesehatan tentang Pencengahan ISPA.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 2 orang ibu, instrument penelitian ini menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Lalu di berikan kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penerapan pendidikan kesehatan pencengahan ISPA.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian sebelum dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan pengetahuan kepada Ny.K (40%) kategori kurang dan Ny.y (50%) ketegori kurang dan setelah 2 hari dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan dengan menggunakan lembar kuesioner dan media leaflet didapatkan bahwa ke 2 responden sudah mengerti dan memahami pencengahan ISPA pada anak dan hasil Ny.K (80%) termasuk kategori baik Ny. Y (90%) termasuk kategori baik.
Kesimpulan: Penerapan Pendidikan Kesehatan cara pencengahan ISPA sangat membantu keluarga untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara pencengahan ISPA dilikungan masyarakat.
Saran: Diharapkan puskesmas menerapkan secara rutin untuk memberikan pendidikan kesehatan gina meningkatkan pengetahuan keluarga tentang pencengahan ISPA pada anak balita.

ABSTRACT
Background: Acute respiratory infection ARI is caused by viruses, fungi and bacteria. It is one of the most important reasons why patients visit health centers (40%-60%) and hospitals (15%-30%). The cause of ARI is the construction of houses and environments that do not meet health requirements as a risk factor for sources of transmission such as viral or bacterial infections in the respiratory tract.
Objective: To determine the level of family knowledge before and after the application of Health about ARI prevention.
Methods: This study used a descriptive method, the sample in this study amounted to 2 mothers. Both samples will be given the application of health education about ARI prevention. The questionnaire was given for 2 times, namely before and after the health education.
Results: The results of the study before health education was carried out knowledge to Mrs. K (40%) less category and Mrs. Y (50%) less category and after 2 days of health education using questionnaire sheets and leaflet media obtained that the 2 respondents already understood and understood the prevention of ARI in children and the results of Mrs. K (80%) including the good category Mrs. Y (90%) including the good category.
Conclusion: The application of health education on how to prevent ARI is very helpful for families to know how to prevent ARI in the community.
Suggestion: It is hoped that the health center will routinely apply to provide health education to increase family knowledge about preventing ARI in children under five.
